The agreement between you and GTU when you use the portal. This is a prototype placeholder; final legal copy will be provided before launch.
By creating a GTU account or otherwise accessing the GTU Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using GTU on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Accounts are intended for a single, identifiable individual and may not be shared.
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access; no uploading of unlawful or infringing content; and no use that violates the rights of others or applicable law.
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to GTU. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep GTU available and reliable but provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
